The invention further provides an organic fertilizer prepared with the compost fermentation method of the organic fertilizer. The method has the beneficial effects: white lime and decayed people and livestock night-soil are added into straw, so that operation is easy, ageing of a fertilizer can be accelerated, the compost fermentation time is shortened, the activity of microorganisms can be increased, and the organic matter content of a compost is increased; and easily-losing nutrients in people and livestock night-soil are adsorbed into organic matters of straw, so that a high-quality organic fertilizer is produced.
