Embodiment Construction

[0030] Such as figure 1 Among them, an overhead wire microvibration simulation experiment device includes a base 1, a tensioning device is provided at both ends of the upper end surface of the base 1, and the two ends of a wire 16 are connected to the tensioning device through a tension clamp 8 and an insulator 7, and the wire 16 is connected to the tensioning device. There is also a pressure sensor between the two ends and the tensioning device; in this example, the pressure sensor is a pressure sensor made of a piezoelectric element, which is installed on the ball-end hanging ring between the tension clamp 8 and the insulator 7 .

[0031] In the optimized scheme, in the tensioning device, the tensioning support frame 2 is fixedly connected to the base 1, and the diagonal brace 3 runs through the tensioning support frame 2 to connect with the tensioning bracket 4 located outside the tensioning support frame 2, and the tension The bracket 4 is connected with the adjustment fra...

Abstract

The invention discloses an overhead conductor micro vibration simulation experiment, which comprises a base, wherein the two ends of the upper end face of the base are provided with tensioning devices; the two ends of the conductor are connected with the tensioning devices through strain clamps and insulators; pressure sensors are arranged between the two ends of the conductor and the tensioning devices; the inner sides of the tensioning devices are provided with suspension supports which are connected with the insulators through suspension regulating mechanisms; the insulators are connected with the suspension clamp; the conductor is suspended in the suspension clamp; and a vibration excitation device is arranged between the suspension supports and is connected with the conductor through the insulator and suspension clamps. Based on the features, the device can simulate nearly the real conditions of micro vibration wear between strand of the overhead conductor and between the condor and the clamps under working conditions (such as micro vibration amplitude, frequency, load, environmental atmosphere, and different pressure levels), contributes to the analysis on the micro vibration features of the conductor under these conditions and represents a method for improving micro vibration wear.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a test device for power transmission wires, in particular to a microvibration simulation test device for overhead wires that can simulate real working conditions. Background technique [0002] Fretting (Fretting) is a very small relative motion between two contact surfaces, which usually exists in the " In mechanical fittings that are "approximately fastened", the displacement amplitude is generally on the order of microns. Fretting tribology is a discipline that studies the operating mechanism, damage, testing, monitoring, and prevention under fretting state, involving materials, mechanics, surface physics, chemistry and other fields. [0003] The wire is the carrier of the transmission line and an important part to ensure the safe operation of the power system. Aerial conductors are usually made of aluminum wires or aluminum and steel wires that are layered and coaxially twisted. They have been exposed to the open air for a...
