The LED lamp is controlled in two modes, wherein one mode is that a time interval is set by using a key and is accurated to hour, and the other mode is that a time point is set by using a knob and is accurated to minute. When no person or few persons are at a basketball court, the LED lamp can be cut off, and the luminous coating is used for lighting. Thus, the electric quantity of a storage battery is saved, and the problem of insufficient charge capacity caused by continuous rainy days or insufficient light can be solved. Meanwhile, the luminous coating has the capacity of storing solar energy at daytime and storing the light energy of the solar LED lamp at night, so that triple utilization of the light energy is realized, and both the light emitting effect and the light emitting time are improved. The dual mode type luminous court can be used for lighting of sports facilities and communities such as school courts.
