Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0021] refer to figure 1 and figure 2 , a kind of method utilizing surface acoustic wave detector to detect the freshness of mango, comprises the following steps:

[0022] (1) Place the weighed mango to be detected between the two transducers of the surface acoustic wave detector in two ways, horizontally and vertically, so that the difference between the two transducers and the nearest end of the mango to be detected is 1 ~5mm to turn on the surface acoustic wave detector, the detection time is 30s~60s;

[0023] (2) collect the data that transducer collects, obtain the surface acoustic wave frequency data F of detected mango sample;

[0024] According to the pre-set primary freshness critical value F5 and secondary freshness critical value F7, if F

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting the freshness of a mango by using an acoustic surface wave (ASW) detector. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) standing a weighed mango to be detected between two energy converters of the ASW detector in a transverse manner and a longitudinal manner respectively, enabling the distance from one end, nearest to the mango to be detected, of the two energy converters to the mango to be detected to be 1-5 mm, and starting up the ASW detector and carrying out detection for 30-60 s; and (2) gathering data acquired by the energy converters to obtain the ASW frequency data F of the mango sample to be detected, according to a preset first-grade freshness critical value F5 and a preset second-grade freshness critical value F7, judging the mango sample to be detected to have first-grade freshness if F is less than F5, judging the mango sample to be detected to have second-grade freshness if F is no less than F5 but is less than F7, judging the mango sample to be detected to be stale if F is no less than F7, and obtaining the grade of freshness of the mango to be detected. The method for detecting the freshness of the mango by using the ASW detector has the advantages of fast detection speed and good reliability in detected results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting the freshness of mangoes. Background technique [0002] Mango is an evergreen tree native to India, with leathery leaves and alternate; warm in nature, small flowers, yellow or light red, terminal panicles, mangoes and inferior light gray wood. Mango fruit contains sugar, protein, and crude fiber. The precursor carotene of vitamin A contained in mango is particularly high, which is rare in all fruits. Secondly, the vitamin C content is not low. Minerals, proteins, fats, sugars, etc. are also its main nutrients. Mango is one of the famous tropical fruits. Because of its delicate flesh and unique flavor, it is deeply loved by people, so it is known as the "king of tropical fruits". [0003] The maturity of mango is often judged by the color of the peel from green to light yellow or purple red, the fruit spots or patterns are obvious, the fruit shoulders are round and full, the flesh changes from white to...
