The invention relates to a variable displacement rotor oil pump which comprises a pump cover, a pump case, a displacement adjusting structure and an intermediate cover plate, wherein the displacement adjusting structure comprises a centrifugal adjusting mechanism, a first inner rotor, a first outer rotor, a second inner rotor, a second outer rotor and a rotating shaft; an upper oil cavity is formed between the pump cover and the intermediate cover plate; the first inner rotor and the first outer rotor are matched with each other and are positioned in the upper oil cavity; a lower oil cavity is formed between the intermediate cover plate and the pump case; the second inner rotor and the second outer rotor are matched with each other and are positioned in the lower oil cavity; the lower oil cavity is divided to form a lower high-pressure oil area and a lower low-pressure oil area; the centrifugal adjusting mechanism, the first inner rotor and the second inner rotor rotate along with the rotating shaft; when the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is lower than the preset value, the oil in the lower high-pressure oil area is separated from the oil in the lower low-pressure oil area; and when the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is higher than the preset value, the rotating shaft and the second inner rotor are driven to rise upwards by the centrifugal force of the centrifugal adjusting mechanism, and the oil in the lower high-pressure oil area is communicated with the oil in the lower low-pressure oil area.
