The identification and induction method comprises the following steps: numbering station gateways of the integrated passenger transport hub respectively; taking each crossed channel of each crossed node as a network element and numbering the network element, wherein a same number is used to a crossed channel shared by adjacent nodes; installing a passenger flow device and an information plate in each network element; publishing an exit straight distance value and guiding information on the information plate, and when a passenger flow identification device identifies a main trend of a passenger flow, publishing adjacent network element guiding information preferentially and guiding the passenger flow. Compared with the prior art, each network element is provided with the information plate to publish the guiding information from a present network element to a next network element, all exit paths are changed into simple guiding information between adjacent network elements, accurate identification of a destination is provided, a passenger flow trend is clear, a guiding mode is simple and clear, and retention and obstruction of people can be effectively reduced.
