[0077] Based on the method introduced in this paper, the intelligent optimization system of distribution network production outage plan was completed and put into trial operation in Jiaxing Pinghu Power Supply Bureau in September 2009 through the joint efforts of Jiaxing Pinghu Power Supply Bureau and IBM China Research Institute. In 2010, when the scale of the power grid increased by 9.2%, the average scheduled blackout times ASTC-3 of Pinghu Power Supply Bureau decreased by 30.7%, and the average scheduled blackout time AIHC-S-3 decreased by 42.2%. This method was promoted and used in various county sub-bureaus of Jiaxing Electric Power Bureau in 2011, and the system effectively improved the efficiency of power outage plan management.
