Abstract

The process formula is characterized in that the hydraulic fluid comprises the following components by weight percent: 50% of mineral oil, 12% of micro-emulsifier, 0.5% of rust preventer, 0.5% of antioxidant, 2% of extreme pressure additive and 35% of softened water. The preparation method of the hydraulic fluid comprises the following steps: mixing the mineral oil and the micro-emulsifier to be homogeneous and transparent; then adding the rust preventer, the antioxidant and the extreme pressure additive, and mixing until the solution is homogeneous and transparent; and finally adding softened water, and mixing until the solution is homogeneous and transparent. Compared with the existing emulsified water-in-oil fire resistant hydraulic fluid, the micro-emulsion water-in-oil fire resistant hydraulic fluid has the characteristics of strong lubricating property, good system stability, good rust resistance, extreme pressure property and the like, and can be used for saving more than half of the mineral oil energy.
