Abstract

The invention discloses an ink droplet spraying method and device. The device mainly comprises a linear pulse motor, a screw rod, a piston, a compressed air pipe, an ink storage chamber, a nozzle, a heat element and the like, wherein the linear pulse motor produces power, and the piston is pushed by the screw rod, so that ink in the storage chamber is sprayed out from the nozzle; simultaneously the compressed air pipe is arranged in the storage chamber, when the piston moves, compressed air generates pulse pressure to the ink, so that uniform and continuous ink droplets are sprayed, and an effect of cleaning the storage chamber is achieved; and the heat element in the fluid storage chamber can heat the ink, so that the viscosity of sprayed liquid is reduced, and the spraying performance is improved. The ink droplet spraying method and device have the advantages of simplicity in operation, strong practicality, wide application range of fluid materials, uniform and continuous ink droplets and controllable ink spray volume and ink spray speed.
