The invention relates to an LED (light-emitting diode) city green index detection instrument which comprises an advertising lamp box area and a display area, wherein the advertising lamp box area is composed of advertising paper on front and back surfaces, an LED lamp in the middle, and a drive motor above; the display area is composed of an LED display device in the front, a circuit board in themiddle and a baffle at the back; the circuit board is provided with a singlechip ATMEGA32; an analog-to-digital conversion module (ADC) and a memory, which are used for converting analog signals output by an input element into digital signals and storing and processing the digital signals, are embedded in the singlechip ATMEGA32; the input control ends PA0, PA1, PA2 and PA3 of the singlechip ATMEGA32 are respectively connected with the output ends of a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, an air quality sensor and a remote controller receiver; and the output control ends of the singlechip ATMEGA32 are connected with the input ends of the LED display device, the LED lamp and the drive motor. The invention not only has the function of an outdoor advertising plate, but also can accurately detect the temperature, humidity and air quality, and directly display the detection result, time and date on the LED display device.
