Vents are arranged at a corresponding upper wind direction position and a corresponding lower wind direction position of the fan; diameters of the vents are equal to diameters of fan blades; and protective screenings are installed at the vents. Besides, the fan dust cover is installed above a fan upper air outlet. According to the invention, the fans are installed in the drawer-shaped fan tray and the fan tray is connected with the cabinet frame by the slideway; therefore, under circumstances that a communication device in the cabinet is not influenced and can work normally, fan maintenance and replacing can be carried out, so that the using performance of the cabinet is improved.
