An ophthalmic optical coherence tomography (OCT) system includes an OCT imaging system for a posterior segment of an eye and an OCT imaging system for an anterior segment of an eye. The OCT imaging system for the posterior segment of the eye includes a light path conversion device, and the OCT imaging system for the anterior segment of the eye includes a probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye. The probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye includes an ophthalmoscope, a first dichroscope and a first lens.
