The air conditioning module then sends relevant information to an automobile body control module; meanwhile, the automobile body control module compares the relevant information with a rainfall value, an air humidity value and an automobile speed value, which are set in the automobile body control module according to the collected automobile speed situation; and if the automobile speed is higher than the set automobile speed, and the rainfall value or the humidity value is greater than the set value, the automobile body control module drives to turn on the position lamps and the fog lamps.
