The road tunnel is sequentially divided into an entrance section, a transitional section, a middle section and an exit section; the white light LED lamps comprise basic illumination lamps and strengthening illumination lamps; the strengthening illumination lamps are arranged in the entrance section, the transitional section and the exit section; and the basic illumination lamps are arranged in the middle section.
