Example Embodiment

[0033] Example 1:

[0034] a kind of like figure 1 The imidized magnetic nano-adsorbent of the present invention shown, this adsorbent is formed by covalent cross-linking of magnetic nanoparticles and polyethyleneimine, the particle diameter of the adsorbent is 60nm, and the magnetic nanoparticles are made of nanometer tetroxide Tri-iron calcination is obtained, and the surface of magnetic nanoparticles is formed with γ-Fe 2 o 3 .

[0035] A preparation method of the above-mentioned adsorbent, comprising the following steps:

[0036] (1) Preparation of magnetic nanoparticles: 0.2mol of ferrous chloride and 0.4mol of ferric chloride were prepared into a 300mL mixed solution, and then filled with nitrogen for 15min to remove the oxygen in the solution. Under stirring, add 4 mol / L ammonia solution, adjust the pH to about 11, react for 40 minutes, collect magnetic nanoparticles (nano ferric oxide, particle size is 40nm) by centrifugation, wash repeatedly, vacuum dry and grin...

Abstract

The invention discloses an imido magnetic nano-adsorbent. The adsorbent is formed by covalent cross linkage of magnetic nanoparticles and polyethyleneimine, wherein the magnetic nanoparticles mainly consists of nano ferroferric oxide, and a layer of gamma-Fe2O3 particles is coated on the surface of the magnetic nanoparticles. The invention correspondingly discloses a preparation method of the adsorbent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of the magnetic nanoparticles and covalent cross linkage. The invention further correspondingly discloses an application of the adsorbent in treating heavy metal wastewater. The magnetic nano-adsorbent has the advantage of stable magnetic property in the presence of strong acid and strong alkali, and can be easily and rapidly separated from a liquid phase, thus being suitable for various operating environments; and in addition, the adsorbent can be regenerated by simple acid or alkali treatment. The preparation method of the adsorbent has the advantages of simple process and low cost; and the adsorbent can be used for realizing selective adsorption (up to almost 100%) on zinc and lead in application to treatment of the heavy metal wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of heavy metal wastewater treatment, in particular to an imidized magnetic nanometer adsorbent, a preparation method thereof and an application of the adsorbent in treating heavy metal wastewater. Background technique [0002] Heavy metal pollution in water has caused serious harm to public health and the ecological environment. Industrial wastewater is the main source of heavy metal pollution, usually wastewater contains a variety of harmful heavy metals. For example, in the re-processing industry, lead and zinc exist almost at the same time, so they have similar geochemical behavior. In addition, industries such as chemical industry, electroplating, and fuel manufacturing may also produce wastewater containing both lead and zinc. Selective removal, recovery and reuse of certain heavy metals is highly desirable from a health and economic standpoint. [0003] As one of the methods to remediate heavy metal pollution...
