An SD (Secure Digital) card and an NFC-SIM (Near field Communication-Subscriber Identity Module) card are arranged in the mobile terminal, the device comprises a master mobile terminal control chip, an NFC control chip and a switch, and the NFC control chip is connected with the switch through an SWP (Single Wire Protocol) communication interface. During near field communication of the mobile terminal through the NFC-SIM card, the master mobile terminal control chip controls the switch, so that only the NFC control chip and the NFC-SIM card are in conduction through the switch. During near field communication of the mobile terminal through the SD card, only the NFC control chip and the SD card are in conduction through the switch controlled by the master mobile terminal control chip.
