A monocular CCD (Charge Coupled Device) digitalized analysis method of the multi-angle yarn appearance is characterized by comprising the following steps of: taking off a yarn through a delivery roller so that the yarn moves forwards at a certain speed; vertically arranging a CCD camera above the middle section of the moving yarn, obliquely arranging a plurality of reflecting mirrors at multiple angles in opposition to the camera the camera below the yarn, and arranging a light source cooperatively so that virtual images of the yarn at different angles are formed in each reflecting mirror, wherein the virtual images and real images of the yarn are arrayed on a CCD target surface in a staggered manner; shooting the virtual images and the real images of the yarn simultaneously by the CCD camera to form a frame of digital image; transmitting the frame of imagedata to an image processing module, segmenting imaging data and performing data extraction respectively, and reducing the segmented imaging data into yarn real image data and yarn virtual image data;and carrying out data measurement and analysis respectively according to the reduced yarn real image data and yarn virtual image data.
