The group management control device (10) is provided with the following components: an elevator taking passenger number detection part (21), a requirement learning part (22), an imaginary traffic requirement generating part (23), an area dividing table (24), a search operation processing part (26), a storey circulation scheduling evaluation part (27), an area dividing table management part (28) and an assignment control part (29). The storey circulation scheduling evaluation part (27) evaluates long waiting time of each area at a state that each elevator is operated by the storey circulation scheduling. The area dividing table management part (28) changes the width of each area which is currently set in the area dividing table based on the evaluation value.
