The scheme of the preferable manufacturing method is that: a lead-free copper pipe and a preformed water inlet end joint are welded with each other, and are loaded into a hydraulically bulged copper outer pipe on which a lifting rod-containing inlet hole is preformed; and the opposite ends of the water inlet end joint and the copper outer pipe are welded, and a water outlet end joint is welded on the opposite ends of the copper outer pipe and the lead-free copper pipe in turn so as to complete manufacturing a lead-free copper water outlet pipe product. The manufacturing method is easy and low in welding difficulty. Meanwhile, product yield and production efficiency can be dramatically improved and safe water quality can be ensured.
