Abstract

The invention provides an analyzing method of patented technology distribution, which adopts an analyzing system comprising a special subject establishing module, a technical classification module, a technical classification generating module and an image displaying module. The method comprises steps as follows: 1) collecting analytic data from a patent database to establish a patent analysis special object database through the special subject establishing module; 2) technically classifying patent documentation in the patent analysis special object in the technical classification module; 3) generating patent number under each technical classification through the technical classification generating module; and 4) displaying a distribution map of the technical classification through an image displaying module. The analyzing method provided by the invention can visually and correctly display the distribution of the patent application numbers of different technologies in a certain field, so as to enable the analysis to be more correct and meet requirements of technical staff for technical analysis.
