Problems solved by technology

[0005] The method described in Patent Document 1 is effective only when the output frequency of the ship's generator is the same as the frequency of the land power supply (usually 60 Hz). In addition, if the frequency and voltage of the land power supply are unstable, Then, the above-mentioned synchronous adjustment at the time of system switching takes time and is relatively difficult.

Embodiment 1

[0046] Below, refer to Figure 1 to Figure 3 The land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described.

[0047] figure 1 It is a circuit configuration diagram of the land power supply device for ships according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0048] The three-phase AC voltage supplied from the AC power supply 1 is converted into an appropriate voltage by the input transformer 2 and supplied to the power converter 3 . In addition, depending on the specifications of the power converter 3, the input transformer 2 may be omitted. The power converter 3 can convert, for example, the frequency of the AC power supply 1 to 60 Hz, which is the frequency of the marine power supply, if the frequency is 50 Hz, and can output the rated voltage of the marine power supply. Therefore, power converter 3 is controlled by control unit 4 . The output of the power converter 3 is connected to a connection point P on the ship ...

Embodiment 2

[0062] Figure 4 It is a block diagram of a land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. For each part of this embodiment 2, with figure 1 In the land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that a current controller 50 having a function of applying negative correction to the voltage command based on the output when the output of the current detector 7 exceeds a predetermined value is provided.

[0063] The current controller 50 operates to reduce the output voltage of the power converter 3 when, for example, the current becomes excessively large due to additional start-up of the load device 12 during operation with the power converter 3 . Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a trip due to the activation of the protect...

Embodiment 3

[0065] Below, refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 A land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described.

[0066] Figure 5 It is a block configuration diagram of a land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. For each part of this embodiment 3, with figure 1 In the land power supply device for ships according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. The difference between the third embodiment and the first embodiment is that the voltage detector 14 that directly detects the output voltage of the generator 10 is provided, and the output of the voltage detector 8B is transmitted to the voltage controller through the switch 51. 45 and the voltage coincidence detector 47 switch the input of the switch 51 to the output of the voltage detector 8B or the output of the voltage detector 14. ...

Abstract

The present invention provides a land power source device for ship, which can cause an output frequency of a ship power generator to coincide with the frequency of a land power source and can simply perform system switching. The land power source for ship is provided with the following components: a power converter, an AC filter which is provided between an output of the power converter and a shutter, a control mechanism for controlling the power converter, a first voltage detector and a second voltage detector. In the power supply from the power generator in the ship for the load equipment at a state that the shutter is closed, the control mechanism performs phase control so that an output frequency of the power converter is same with the frequency of a detection voltage of the voltage detector and furthermore the phase difference is minimized. Furthermore voltage control is performed so that the voltage difference between the detection voltage of the first voltage detector and the detection voltage of the second voltage detector is minimized. When the phase difference is smaller than a preset value and the voltage difference is smaller than a preset threshold, an output shutter is switched on, and the power generator in the ship is switched off.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a land power supply device for ships for supplying electric power to a ship from land, for example, while the ship is moored. Background technique [0002] Conventionally, electric power supplied to various electrical equipment mounted on a ship has been supplied from a generator mounted on the ship regardless of whether the ship is sailing or moored. However, in recent years, in consideration of the global environment, in order to reduce exhaust gas discharge, when a ship enters a port, the generator of the ship is stopped, and power is supplied to the ship from a power supply device arranged on land. [0003] When the power supply system is switched from a ship's generator to a land power source, if the switch is not performed without instantaneous power failure, the power supply to the load will stop for a short time, and problems may occur in information equipment, etc. in the ship. Therefore, there is a proposal t...
