The sensor provided by the invention, which adopts the optical attenuation total-reflection form, has a measurement process free from the impact from solution turbidity, can realize the separation and the measurement of biomass concentration in a reactor and simultaneously eradicate the influences of temperature and optical source fluctuations on signals to be tested just by being inserted into bacterial suspension, and has the advantagesof accuracy for detection, sensitivity for reaction, high repeatability and long service life.
