Problems solved by technology

However, the inspection of the dynamic measurement accuracy of the heave velocity has always been a difficult problem
In the past, the accuracy could only be verified through static tests, or qualitatively by observing the positive and negative of the inertial navigation output heave speed when the test vehicle climbed a slope, but could not quantitatively test this indicator
The reason why it is said that the dynamic measurement of heave velocity is a difficult problem is because of the following two reasons: one is the lack of high-precision measurement equipment; Heave motion extracted

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described in detail below through the specific examples, the following examples are only descriptive, not restrictive, and cannot limit the protection scope of the present invention with this.

[0024] A measuring device for the heave velocity of an inertial navigation system includes a high-precision grating ruler 12 and a large swing table 1. The swing table completes the simulation of the heave movement, and the high-precision grating scale completes the precise measurement of the heave movement, which is used as a reference value for evaluating the heave velocity output by the inertial navigation system. The high-precision grating ruler is vertically installed on a bracket 9, and a vertical ejector rod 6 is guided and installed on the support plate 13 at the lower part of the bracket. The head driving lever 7 is connected, and a vertical guide sleeve 5 is installed on the upper end of the support, and the ejector rod is sleeved ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for measuring ascending and descending speeds output by an inertial navigation system. The device comprises a high-accuracy grating ruler and a swinging platform, wherein the high-accuracy grating ruler is vertically arranged on a bracket; a vertical carrier rod is arranged on a support plate on the lower part of the bracket in a guiding way, is connected with a grating reading head of the high-accuracy grating ruler through a connecting line and is connected with the swinging platform through a connecting frame; one end of the connecting frame is fixed with the platform surface of the swinging platform; and a rolling body is arranged at the other end of the connecting frame and is arranged in an installation groove at the lower end of the carrier rod. In the invention, the method and the device for measuring the ascending and descending speeds of the inertial navigation system are realized by the grating ruler. Through the method and the device, ascending and descending movement of a tested inertial platform can be separated from composite movement and be transformed into upward and downward movement of the reading head of the grating ruler, so that dynamic measuring accuracy of the ascending and descending speeds is ensured, and assessment on the measuring accuracy of the ascending and descending movement of a ship by the inertial navigation system is greatly facilitated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of measuring the heave velocity of an inertial navigation system, in particular to a method and device for measuring the heave velocity of an inertial navigation system by using a grating ruler. Background technique [0002] High-precision heave velocity measurement is of vital importance for ships, especially ships in actual navigation. However, the inspection of the dynamic measurement accuracy of the heave velocity has always been a difficult problem. In the past, the accuracy could only be verified through static tests, or qualitatively by observing the positive and negative of the inertial navigation output heave speed when the test vehicle climbed a slope, but could not quantitatively test this indicator. The reason why it is said that the dynamic measurement of heave velocity is a difficult problem is because of the following two reasons: one is the lack of high-precision measurement equipment; Extract the he...
