Problems solved by technology

[0010] The above synthesis methods generally have problems such as large amount of template agent, low solid yield, and long synthesis cycle. Because the template agent is expensive, the cost of producing zeolite beta is high, which is not conducive to large-scale industrial production. The long synthesis cycle causes high energy consumption and Low production efficiency

Abstract

The invention relates to a synthesis method of boron-containing beta zeolite. The method comprises the following steps of: putting sodium hydroxide, TEAOH serving as a template agent and a silicon source into a reaction kettle, stirring and adding a boron source to gelatinate; sealing, heating and performing a hydrothermal synthesis method; and filtering, washing and drying so as to obtain the boron-containing beta zeolite, wherein the hydrothermal synthesis method is performed at three stages at which the reaction temperature rises in turn. The synthesis method of the boron-containing beta zeolite can shorten synthesis time on a large scale, reduces the using amount of the template agent, has high production efficiency and is suitable for mass production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for synthesizing zeolite beta, in particular to a method for synthesizing boron-containing zeolite beta. Background technique [0002] Beta zeolite was first synthesized in 1967 and was invented by Wadlinger et al. of Mobil Corporation. In the ten years after the invention of β zeolite, due to the complexity of its structure, the basic and applied research on β zeolite has not received due attention. By the late 1980s, with the gradual discovery of the structure of zeolite beta, after the structure of zeolite beta was understood by people, its wide application value prompted people to continuously seek the improvement of its synthesis method. Synthetic reports also gradually increased. Beta zeolite, as a three-dimensional large-pore zeolite, has a unique topological structure and a high ratio of silicon to aluminum, so it exhibits good thermal stability, hydrophobicity, acid resistance, coking resistance and catalyti...
