Embodiment Construction

[0012] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with specific drawings.

[0013] The surrounding knitting knitted radiation protection fabric of the present invention is formed by using yarn and spandex in a surrounding knitting machine through weaving, and adopts the following steps:

[0014] The first way, the natural fiber yarn 4 and the spandex yarn 3 are fed into the yarn at the same time, forming a loop with the low needle 2 in the cylinder knitting needle, and floating with the high needle 1 in the cylinder knitting needle;

[0015] In the second way, the anti-radiation yarn 5 forms a loop with the high needle 1 in the cylinder knitting needle, and floats with the low needle 2 in the cylinder knitting needle;

[0016] The third way and the fourth way repeat the weaving method of the first way and the second way above, and take the two ways as a cycle, and start again and again;

[0017] Described natural fiber yarn 4 is combed cotton / modal b...

Abstract

The invention relates to a weft-knitting knitted anti-radiation fabric, which is prepared from yarns and spandex through weft knitting in a weft knitting machine. The fabric is prepared by the following steps of: in a first path, simultaneously feeding natural fiber yarns and spandex yarns, looping with low needles in needle cylinder knitting needles, and floating with high needles in the needle cylinder knitting needles; in a second path, looping anti-radiation yarns with high needles in the needle cylinder knitting needles, and floating with the low needles in needle cylinder knitting needles; and repeating the knitting method of the first path and the second path in a third path and a fourth path, and taking two paths as a cycle, and circulating, wherein the natural fiber yarns are combed cotton / Modal blended yarns; and the anti-radiation yarns are polyamide yarns with silver plated surfaces. The fabric attenuates 40 to 50 decibels in a range from 10 to 3,000MHz, has the shielding efficiency of over 99.99 percent, and can effectively shield electromagnetic radiation from home appliances and natural world. Meanwhile, compared with a fabric singly prepared from an anti-radiation material, the invention has obvious advantages that: the fabric is light, thin, ventilating, soft and comfortable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a fabric, in particular to a knitted anti-radiation fabric, which belongs to the field of textile engineering. Background technique [0002] With the development of science and technology and the progress of social economy, more and more electronic and electrical products have entered people's daily life. While these high-tech products bring convenience to people, they also generate electromagnetic wave radiation, causing serious radiation damage to the human body. To this end, people will take various measures to resist radiation damage to the human body. At present, the most convenient and effective way to prevent radiation is to use electromagnetic shielding, which is to use a metal mesh with excellent electrical conductivity and magnetic permeability to block the propagation of electromagnetic radiation through the reflection effect and absorption effect. CN200410017915.X discloses a method for making high-efficiency radi...
