Abstract

The invention discloses a steel rail anti-fall device used for an electromagnetic crane, and relates to equipment used in the processes such as conveying, loading, transporting and the like of a steel rail. The device comprises a fixed frame connected with the electromagnetic crane and a suspender used for locking the steel rail, wherein the fixed frame is also provided with a lifting mechanism which is used for driving the suspender to move longitudinally; the lifting mechanism is provided with a transversely moving mechanism which is used for driving the suspender to move transversely; and the lifting mechanism is also provided with a steering mechanism used for driving the suspender to rotate. Further, the transversely moving mechanism is provided with a grating ranging positioner used for positioning the relative position between the suspender and the steel rail. In the device, the arrangement of the grating ranging positioner in the transversely moving mechanism makes the suspender in the device perform fine adjustment accurately; combining lifting and rotating actions of the suspender, the suspended steel rail can be locked effectively so as to prevent the steel rail from falling; and the lower end of the suspender has an inverted T shape and is in clearance fit with an adjacent steel rail.
