The invention relates to conflict solution method and device of a multi-card and multi-standby mobile communication terminal. The conflict solution method comprises the steps of: recording a time difference of a plurality of network cells in the wireless communication system; judging whether a paging conflict exists among a plurality of user cards in the mobile communication system; and if so, switching network cells in one or more of the user cards according to the recorded time difference of the network cells. Compared with the prior art, the conflict solution technology can be used for switching the network cells in one or more of the user cards according to the recorded time difference of the network cells when the paging conflict exist among the user cards in the mobile communication terminal, thereby avoiding the problem of communication failure caused by paging conflict generated by the user cards.
