The far end crosstalk estimation method is used for estimating far end crosstalk channels of a first line and a second line in a two-line pair scene and characterized by comprising the following steps of: independently activating the first line and acquiring line noise of the first line as first line noise; activating the first line and the second line and acquiring line noise of the first line as second line noise; and determining the far end crosstalk channel of the second line to the first line as follows: (the first line noise-the first line noise) / the transmitted power spectrum density of the second line, wherein the transmitted power spectrum density of the second line is known.
