The method comprises the following steps of: spreading fresh agilawood leaves, agilawood flowers and organic tea leaves; dewatering the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves; mixing the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves by a proportion; kneading and twisting the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves; shaping the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves; drying the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves; and flavoring the agilawood leaves, the agilawood flowers and the organic tea leaves. The organic agilawood tea is prepared on the basis of organic tea and has good health-care effect.
