In the experiment, five factors were set up: plowing depth, plowing distance, COD value, watering depth, and monthly watering times. Each factor was designed with 4 levels. The test adopted an orthogonal design. See Table 4 for details. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, with a total of 48 experimental plots, and the plots were arranged in an orthogonal design.
