Abstract

The technology is characterized in that two pneumatic delivery tanks are at least arranged below a collecting hopper for alternately workingto press soft clay into a delivery pipeline; by adopting a pneumatic pushing technology combining air bubble surface film drag reduction and non-continuous phase column flow, surface film nozzles arearranged between discharge holes of the delivery tanks and the delivery pipeline and a dehydrated lubricating agent is properly coated between the soft clay and the inner wall of the delivery pipeline; a gas distributor, a film-liquid distributor, a feeding valve and a feed-exhaust air valve are respectively connected with an electric controller by leads; and an industrial control computer is used for resolving according to signals of a pressure sensor and an on-way resistance sensor and adjusting the amount for injecting gas and film liquid, so that total push force is more than or close to total resistance, and lower air pressure, lower energy consumption and long-distance pipeline delivery of the soft clay can be realized.
