Problems solved by technology

The traditional electroplating process will produce extremely serious pollution, and will discharge a large amount of acidic waste liquid containing heavy metals
In order to solve the problem of serious environmental pollution and high cost of traditional electroplating, a research and development team with entrepreneur Lin Ting, postdoctorate student at Osaka University in Japan and professor Shen Ping as the core has spent ten years of hard research and development, and now finally successfully developed a pollution-free stainless steel plating

Abstract

The invention relates to a stainless electroplating technology which is used for processing the surface of a product by using a chemical method so as to sequentially form a bottom coating layer (UV gloss oil), a metal coating layer with a bright middle part and a coloration protection coating layer (color-mixing UV gloss oil) on the surface of the product from inside to outside. The stainless electroplating technology comprises the following implementing steps of: (1) cleaning by ultrasonic waves, clear water and pure water sequentially; (2) bottom layer processing: after putting the product into the UV gloss oil to dip paint, roasting the product in an oven of 50 DEG C for 2-3 minutes, and irradiating the product for 3-5 seconds by ultraviolet light to play a solidifying role; (3) middle layer processing: cleaning the product, spraying a liquid medicine to the product, cleaning and drying the product; and (4) coloration protection coating layer (color-mixing UV light oil) processing: after putting the product into the color-mixing UV gloss oil to dip paint, roasting the product in the oven of 50 DEG C for 2-3 minutes, and irradiating the product for 3-5 seconds by ultraviolet light to play a solidifying role.

Description

technical field [0001] The stainless electroplating process is mainly to treat the surface of the product through chemical methods, and then do the bottom coating (UV varnish), the middle bright metal coating and the colored protective coating ( Toning UV varnish). Background technique [0002] The similarity between the stainless electroplating of the present invention and the traditional electroplating technique is that a layer of coating for protection or decoration is applied to metal materials (including plastics, wood, stone, glass, pottery, etc.). The traditional electroplating process will produce extremely serious pollution, and will discharge a large amount of acidic waste liquid containing heavy metals. In order to solve the problem of serious environmental pollution and high cost of traditional electroplating, a research and development team with entrepreneur Lin Ting, postdoctorate student at Osaka University in Japan and professor Shen Ping as the core has spe...
