Abstract

The invention discloses a wabbler mechanism of an electric seat, comprising an upper base and a lower base. The lower base is provided with two lifting mechanisms and a supporting mechanism, wherein the bottom end of the supporting mechanism is fixedly connected to the center of the upper surface of the lower base; the top end of the supporting mechanism is connected with the lower surface of the upper base through a universal joint cross; the bottom end of the lifting mechanism is connected with the upper surface of the lower base through a joint ball bearing; the top end of the lifting mechanism is connected with the lower surface of the upper base through the universal joint cross; and the lifting mechanism is driven by a servo motor. The wabbler mechanism of the electric seat drives the lifting mechanism to do telescopic linear motion by mainly using the servo motor, is simultaneously matched with the universal joint cross and the joint ball bearing structure to achieve the wabbling function of the mechanism around the intermediate supporting mechanism, and overcomes the defects that a dynamic seat adopting oil and pneumatic force sources has serious pollution, no environment-friendly function and large occupied area.
