A preparation method for the above low-cholesterol chicken feedstuff additive includes the following steps: (1) the hawthorn, the ginger and the fructuscannabis are crushed in a superfine manner to obtain crushed substances; (2) the red yeast rice, the lotus leaf extract and the crushed substances of the hawthorn, the ginger and the fructus cannabisare put into a multidirectional mixer and are stirred for 30 minutes so as to obtain the chicken feedstuff additive.
