Abstract

The method comprises: using a Zadoff-Chu sequence to generate a reference signal sequence occupying a plurality of component carriers during uplink multi-carrier polymerization; and mapping the reference signal sequence onto sub-carriers of the component carriers so a to generate and send reference signals. In the embodiment of the invention, the reference signal sequence is generated by use of one ZC sequence, and the reference signal sequence is mapped onto the sub-carriers of the component carriers so as to generate the reference signals when the reference signals are mapped onto the component carriers, so that the aim of reducing uplink reference signal CM / PAPR is achieved.
