Problems solved by technology

[0005] In order to overcome the lag in the development of organic fertilizers and the lack of single nutrients in existing fertilizers, low nutrient content, and the need to add a large amount of inorganic nutrients during use, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-soluble organic liquid fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The by-product of the sugar process is fermented molasses fermentation liquid as the main raw material, combined with fulvic acid and trace elements necessary for plant nutrition, the water-soluble organic fertilizer is made, the organic nutrients and trace elements are sufficient, and the combination is reasonable

Embodiment 1

[0025] The water-soluble organic liquid fertilizer of the present embodiment is made of the following raw materials in weight percentage: molasses fermentation liquid: 40%, biochemical potassium fulvic acid: 30%, boric acid 10%, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid: 8%, heptahydrate Zinc sulfate: 2%, manganese sulfate monohydrate: 2%, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate: 5%, water: 3%.

[0026] The production method for making the above-mentioned water-soluble organic liquid fertilizer specifically comprises the following steps:

[0027] Step 1: Put 1 / 3 of the molasses fermentation broth and water into the reaction kettle, heat to 60°C and maintain at this temperature, add the ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid in the formula while stirring into the reactor to dissolve it.

[0028] Step 2: keep the temperature of the above solution at 60°C, continue to add the formulated amount of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, manganese sulfate monohydrate, and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate to the reaction kett...

Embodiment 2

[0031] The difference between this example and Example 1 is that the mass percentage of raw materials is different, and its preparation method is the same as that of Example 1.

[0032] The raw materials and their weight percentages are as follows: molasses fermentation broth: 80%, biochemical potassium fulvic acid: 10%, boric acid 3%, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid: 2%, zinc sulfate heptahydrate: 1%, manganese sulfate monohydrate: 2%, water: 2%.

Embodiment 3

[0034] The difference between this example and Example 1 is that the mass percentage of raw materials is different, and its preparation method is the same as that of Example 1.

[0035] The raw materials and their weight percentages are as follows: molasses fermentation broth: 40%, biochemical potassium fulvic acid: 50%, boric acid 3%, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid: 2%, zinc sulfate heptahydrate: 1%, manganese sulfate monohydrate: 2%, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate: 1%, water: 1%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a water-soluble organic liquid fertilizer and a preparation method thereof. The fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40 to 80 percent of molasses fermentation liquid, 10 to 50 percent of biochemical potassium fulvate, 3 to 10 percent of boric acid, 2 to 8 percent of ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid, 1 to 5 percent of heptahydrate zinc sulphate, 2 to 6 percent of manganese sulfate monohydrate, 0 to 5 percent of ferrous sulphate heptahydrate and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the raw materials is 100 percent. The production method for the fertilizer comprises the following steps: putting the molasses fermentation liquid in an amount which is one third of the formulation amount and the water into a reaction kettle, heating the mixture to 60 DEG C, and adding the ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid into the mixture; adding the heptahydrate zinc sulphate, the manganese sulfate monohydrate and the ferrous sulphate heptahydrate into the mixture, and stirring the mixture for 30 minutes; and adding the boric acid, the residual molasses fermentation liquid and the biochemical potassium fulvate into the mixture, stirring the mixture for 30 minutes and cooling the mixture. The fertilizer is brown liquid, has multiple fertilization modes, can prevent multiple plant diseases and insect pests, increase the yield of crops, improve the quality and increase the yield by 10 to 20 percent, and makes a contribution to the development of organic agriculture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an agricultural fertilizer, in particular to an organic liquid fertilizer processed by a mixing method. Background technique [0002] Fertilizer is an indispensable nutrient in the process of plant growth. Scientific fertilization of crops can improve the growth environment of crops and improve crop yield and quality. Over the years, people have used chemical fertilizers and liquid fertilizers made of chemical raw materials in large quantities. Although these fertilizers have made an important contribution to the increase in crop yields, they have also brought some negative effects, such as making the quality and flavor of crops In recent years, various zoonotic diseases have been inextricably linked with the use of chemical fertilizers and environmental pollution. At present, due to the extensive use of various chemically synthesized fertilizers by crops, various problems have been brought to crop growth, such as the difficul...
