Abstract

The invention provides an early detection kit of nasopharyngeal carcinoma-related gene EBNA1, comprising gene specific primers, dNTP, DNA polymerase and buffering liquid of the DNA polymerase; wherein the gene specific primers are used for amplifying the nasopharyngeal carcinoma-related gene EBNA1, and the DNA polymerase is used for PCR reaction.
