A transmission method of Ethernet passive optical network comprises the information transmission and switching between the switching side and user side, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a. receiving user operation by the front panel of network management; b. processing the user operation input by a core module of network management, and processing differently according to the processing result, transmitting the operation to a core module of device through the communication function after switching a certain format if the operation is legal; and if the operation is illegal, sending out alarm for reminding and discarding the operation; c. receiving the data transmitted by the core module of network management by the core module of device through the communication function, processing and analyzing the data for obtaining the result, and applying the analysis result to the specific collocation; and d. feeding back by the core module of device to the network management module according to whether the practical application is successful.
