Abstract

The invention relates to a video monitoring method, comprising the following steps: each camera converts obtained light signals into analog electrical signals, and sends the analog electrical signals to a corresponding video processor; each processor respectively processes the received analog electrical signals into video matrix signals, and the video matrix signals are intensively output to a large screen display device at a control center for being displayed; when an adjustment of a certain video display status is required, a remote control terminal of the control center sends a control instruction to a video communication controller which is connected with the video processor corresponding to the video; the video communication controller converts the control instruction into a control signal which can be identified by the video processor, and sends the control signal to the video processor; and the video processor adjusts the output video matrix signals according to the control signal. The invention further discloses a video monitoring system and a video communication controller. The invention can be compatible with all types of video processors, can effectively control all the video processors and can be applied in wider range of public places.
