Abstract

The invention provides a dehydrogenation purifying processing system used for processing a fuel cell powered vehicle tail gas and a method thereof. The system includes a three-direction electromagnetic valve, a hydrogen buffering device, a steam-water separator, a hydrogen catalytic combustion purifying processing device, a heat exchanger, a hydrogen emergency emptying tube, a temperature monitoring device, a hydrogen sensor and a system controlling module, wherein, an inlet of the three-direction electromagnetic valve connects with an outlet of a galvanic pile anode side, one outlet of the electromagnetic valve connects with the hydrogen buffering device, other outlet connects with the hydrogen emergency emptying tube; the joint of the electromagnetic valve and the hydrogen buffering device also connects with the steam-water separator and the catalytic combustion purifying processing device. The system controlling module connects with the electromagnetic valve, the hydrogen sensor and the temperature sensor, adjusts and controls the whole system. The invention can ensure that tail gas containing hydrogen discharged by the flue cell powered system is purified safely by using method of catalytic combustion, reduces latent effect and harm to atmospheric and environmental, and increases the whole system efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the fields of environmental protection and automobiles, and relates to a device for purifying hydrogen-containing gas, in particular to a device suitable for purifying hydrogen-containing tail gas discharged from fuel cell vehicles. Background technique [0002] A fuel cell is a power generation device that directly converts chemical energy stored in fuels (such as hydrogen) and oxidants into electrical energy in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner under isothermal conditions. It is a new type of green energy technology. Fuel cell vehicles powered by proton exchange membrane fuel cells have the characteristics of quietness, high efficiency, and zero emissions. At the same time, they have a longer driving range than pure electric vehicles powered by batteries. Based on the above advantages, people Fuel cell vehicles have carried out active research and made great progress. At present, many automakers have developed,...
