A harmonic energy metering error analytic device comprises a harmonic data collection part used for inputting the harmonic data collected by power network into an electric energy data analytic part, an electric energy metering error data analytic part comprising a model storage module and an error analysis module and an error analytic result output part used for outputting or storing the error data analytic result acquired from the electric energy metering error data analytic part; wherein the model storage module is used for storing metering error models and model functions corresponding to the models of electric energy meters; the error analysis module is used for deriving the theoretical error data to be analyzed of the input harmonic data and deriving the error of each harmonic measurement and the total error.
