Embodiment Construction

[0016] In order to accurately measure the dynamic temperature of the turbulent flame, the invention provides a double-wire thermocouple, which compensates the dynamic error by using the correction method of the time constant, so that the average temperature and the fluctuating temperature of the flame flow field can be accurately measured.

[0017] Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are respectively the overall structure schematic diagrams of two structural forms (straight type and curved type) of the high-response double-wire thermocouple of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1 , it can be seen that the present invention mainly includes two sections of parallel even wires, wherein each section of even wires is composed of thin even wires 2 and thick even wires 3 . The thin wires 2 of different materials are butt-welded to form a hot junction 1, and the two ends of the butt-welded thin wires 2 are respectively welded to the thick wires 3 of the same material. The thick even wire 3 is mad...

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-frequency response double-wire thermocouple, in particular to the double-wire thermocouple capable of accurately measuring fluctuating temperature. Two temperature voltage signals can be output simultaneously by two parallel butt-welded thermocouple wire structures made of different materials. Time constants of temperature measurement points of the two thermocouple wires can be accurately obtained by the maximum correlation analysis on the two signals or the minimization analysis on a difference value between the two signals. Then, an energy balance equation of the temperature measurement points is directly solved by the time constants, thus obtaining the real dynamic temperature of a measured media.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of temperature measurement, and is a high-frequency response temperature measurement element for turbulent flame pulsation temperature measurement, and a double-wire thermocouple capable of dynamically compensating temperature measurement signals to accurately measure pulsation temperature. Background technique [0002] Thermocouples are currently the most commonly used and most widely used temperature measurement components for temperature measurement in scientific research and production processes in various countries. Since the hot junction of the thermocouple has a certain heat capacity, after the hot junction absorbs heat from the medium, it takes a certain amount of time to heat itself to increase the temperature to a stable value, and it always lags behind the change of the temperature of the measured medium in time, that is, the measured The indicated temperature always lags behind the actual tempera...
