Let the base station (BS) configure N t = 4 antennas, the user end (UE) is equipped with 1 antenna, the signal-to-noise ratio ρ is 10dB, the channel bandwidth is 20MHz, the length of one frame is 8.375ms, and each frame has 10 time slots. The scheduler works once per slot. There are two kinds of business applications, one is FTP business and the other is video conferencing business, the ratio of the two is 3:1. Each user only uses one service during each dispatch. The service type of the FTP service is a background service, which is not sensitive to delay, while the service type of the video conferencing service is a session service, which is most sensitive to delay. The parameters for setting the two types of services are shown in Table 1 below:
