Abstract

The present invention discloses a semantic evaluation method based on the layered product design. A graphical method is used for visualizing the product design, dividing the product design into layers, and transforming implicit knowledge. In the visualized product design, the orthogonal design and the full-profile method are used for semantic evaluation of the product design; the regression analysis is used for calculating the importance of the product components in the semantic evaluation of the whole design; the degree of recessive utilization of each candidate shape of the product design is then evaluated, to acquire the semantic evaluation of the ultimate product design. The semantic evaluation method effectively realizes the expression of the implicit knowledge in the process of the product design, compensates the quantitative research on the graphical method, and improves the semantic research efficiency of the product design.
