An optical sheet (100) includes a base film (110), a plurality of prism patterns (120) and a plurality of first embossing patterns (130). The prism patterns (120) are formed on an upper surface of the base film (110). Each of the prism patterns (120) has the shape of a trigonal prism and includes a first inclined surface (122) and a second inclined surface (124). The first and second inclined surfaces (122,124) are inclined with respect to the upper surface of the base film (110) and meet each other at a peak portion (126).
