Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting clenbuterol residues, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing, identifying and biotinylating clenbuterol-calf serum albumin conjugate; (2) coupling anti-clenbuterol monoclonal antibody on fluorescent microspheres; (3) drawing standard curve for suspension chip detection of clenbuterol residues; (4) testing specificity of suspension chip detection of clenbuterol residues; and (5) measuring the concentration of clenbuterol residues sample.
