Problems solved by technology

[0002] The precipitation in our area is scarce, the climate is dry, and the evaporation is large. In the work of popularizing and applying grafting technology, the sand storage method has been used for a long time, which is labor-intensive and has a short storage time. It is not easy to grasp the degree of dryness and humidity of the stored scions, resulting in mildew and rot of the scions. Or shrink and lose water, which seriously affects the survival rate of grafting, especially for high-grade seedling scions, causing immeasurable economic losses

Embodiment 1

[0023] (1) scion collection:

[0024] Combined with winter pruning, select annual branches that grow robustly, have no pests and diseases, and have a thickness of more than 0.3cm and strong secondary branches for cutting scions. The cutting method of the scion is: cut off the collected annual branches or secondary branches with a thickness of more than 0.5cm at 0.5cm above the buds, and the cuts should be smooth and tidy. Store the cut scions according to the thickness and grades, and prepare for sterilization and wax sealing. Generally, it should be wax-sealed on the day after collection to avoid water loss.

[0025] (2) Processing method:

[0026] 1. Disinfect the cut spikes with a broad-spectrum fungicide 5% bromogeramine 1000 times, and take them out after 5 minutes of treatment;

[0027] 2. Fully dissolve 1gGGR with 1kg of cold boiled water to form a 1000ppm stock solution. When using it, add 19.5kg of water to dilute it into a 50ppm solution, soak the cuttings in the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a cion treating and preserving method. Annual shoots or secondary shoots of over 0.3cm thickness that grow well and are free from damage by disease and insect are selected and cut off 0.5cm above sprout; cut-off shoots are sterilized and socked in 50ppm of solution of growth regulating agent for green plants for 2h, taken out and dried by airing, then mixed with commercial wax of 54 degrees, refined lard and colophony, ratio of which is 1:0.5:0.2, and heated to 100-200 DEG C; then the cion acquired is dipped into wax, wrapped by white thin film and put into a refrigerator for 1-6 months at the temperature of 0 DEG C to 4 DEG C; the cion is taken out, heated and transplanted as by a normal method in due time for grafting. Cion preservation: wax-sealed cion is stored at the temperature of 0 DEG C to 4 DEG C for further use; grafting is carried out when tree sap flows. The invention can prolong the preservation time of the cion and improve grafting survival rate; branches qualified for grating are treated in combination with winter pruning, and are taken out and grafted in due time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of forestry, in particular to a scion treatment and preservation technology. Background technique [0002] The precipitation in our area is scarce, the climate is dry, and the evaporation is large. In the work of popularizing and applying grafting technology, the sand storage method has been used for a long time, which is labor-intensive and has a short storage time. It is not easy to grasp the degree of dryness and humidity of the stored scions, resulting in mildew and rot of the scions. Or shrinkage and dehydration have seriously affected the survival rate of grafting, especially for high-grade seedling scions, causing immeasurable economic losses. We realized that scion treatment is a very important link to improve the survival rate of grafting in actual work, and explored a set of methods to improve the survival rate of grafting based on practical experience, and the effect was very significant after man...
