Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle fuel consumption display system which can set the updated instant fuel consumption display time into a time which can be identified by the driver. The fuel consumption display system (10) of an automatic two-wheel vehicle (12) calculates the instant fuel consumption according to the moving distance and the rate of the fuel consumption, and then displays the calculated instant fuel consumption on a fuel consumption display meter (11) arranged in a meter unit (62). The fuel consumption display system (10) can switch the updated time of the instant fuel consumption display from the fuel consumption display meter (11) into an automatic mode or a manual mode so as to change the updated time through a switching switch (94).
