[0210] 4-Ethyl-3-[2-(trifluoromethanesulfonylamino)benzyl]-2-oxazolidinone (1.0 g, 2.8 mmol) and sodium bicarbonate (0.48 g, 5.7 mmol) were suspended in acetonitrile (10ml), add isobutyl chloroformate (0.78g, 5.7mmol), and reflux for 2 hours. The reaction solution was cooled to room temperature, and extracted with ethyl acetate after adding water.
