Abstract

The invention discloses a throttle control system for a hi-pressure cleaner. The hi-pressure pump of the system is driven by an engine, the outlet of the hi-pressure pump is connected with the inlet of an overflow downloading valve through a high-pressure pipe; the hi-pressure pipe and the hi-pressure pump are connected by an unloading pipe; the outlet of the overflow unloading valve is connected with a spray gun through a fluid-out pipeline; another outlet of the hi-pressure pump is provided with a throttle control valve, which is connected with the throttle of an engine through a steel wire. When the spray gun is off, the outlet pressure of the pump unloads rapidly, meanwhile the throttle is adjusted so that the engine speed rapidly drops to idle speed; when the spray gun is on, the outlet pressure of the pump increases rapidly to operation pressure, meanwhile the engine speed rises to hi-speed state. And when an operator adjusts the cleaning pressure, the throttle of the engine can be automatically adjusted to a position corresponding to the cleaning pressure.
